I hope I'm not out of line here but wanted to pass along a thought on the Halloween Party idea. It's very unlikely I'd be able to attend- mainly due to a spouse not into the scene and a long trip up to Phoenix.
One place that you may be able to "advertise" and get some buzz going is on fetlife through a group. Goddess Sadie seems to really know her way around fetlife and would be a good source for people on the best way to set things up there. I see a lot of munches, classes, meetings and things on fetlife with the means for people to rsvp, etc.
Just my two cents if you'd like to move ahead with the party idea.
